1.1 Who is behind Tavolly. In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the websites tavolly.com and tavolly.app (the "Site") and the Tavolly service belong to:

1.2 What the Site is for. On the Site we explain what Tavolly is and its plans and prices, and we let you sign up, try it free for 30 days and take out a subscription. Tavolly is a service for hospitality businesses, not for consumers. tavolly.app also hosts the booking pages of each client restaurant; those pages belong to the restaurant, which is responsible for their content and its booking conditions.

1.3 Use of the Site. By browsing the Site you agree to use it in good faith and in accordance with the law. You may not:

• Try to access areas or accounts that are not yours.
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or anything that may harm the Site or other users.
• Copy or extract content in bulk (scraping) without our permission.
• Use the Site to send spam or for unlawful purposes.

Use of the Tavolly service is also governed by the Terms of use.

1.4 Intellectual and industrial property. The texts, designs, logos, software and other content of the Site belong to the owner or are used under licence. 1.6 Liability. We take care that the Site works well and that the information is correct, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be free of errors or interruptions.
